1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the SkinStyle Tattoo Studio website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply specifically to consultations, bookings, and studio etiquette.

2. Consultation & Booking

All tattoo sessions are subject to a consultation process. We reserve the right to refuse service based on:

• Inappropriate or offensive design requests
• Medical concerns that may compromise safety
• Client age (must be 18+ with valid ID)
• Influence of alcohol or drugs

3. Studio Etiquette

To maintain our medical-grade hygiene standards, we request all clients to follow studio protocols. This includes limitations on guest attendance and adherence to sterilization procedures.

4. Intellectual Property

Custom designs created by SkinStyle artists remain the intellectual property of the studio and artist until the design is tattooed. Reproduction of designs without consent is prohibited.
